We'll also gather dental records, like radiographs and photos, and provide you with a short presentation of your oral health followed by recommendations. Together, we'll form a plan that meets your goals and gets you on the path to your best smile!
At our dental office, we accept any dental benefit plan that allows you to choose your own dentist, also known as PPO insurance. However, we're not contracted with any insurance companies due to the limitations they impose on your treatment options. Full payment for services rendered will be required at the time of treatment. If you have dental benefits, we can send claims on your behalf as a courtesy. And don't worry if you're not sure how your benefits work at our office. We're here to help and answer any questions you may have!
We understand that emergencies happen in life. But if you miss your scheduled appointment or need to cancel at the last minute, we have a policy in place to ensure our team is taken care of. We have an $85 no-show or late cancellation policy, but don't worry! We do our best to help you avoid this charge by sending you reminders of your appointment. And if you do need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We value your time and want to make sure we can accommodate all our patients.
